Debt Collector


As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients. You will be based in our office in Zagreb and will work with clients from various countries, including Africa and the Philippines. This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Your main responsibilities will include contacting debtors via phone, email, or mail to collect payments, negotiating payment plans or settlements, and updating account information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communicating with other teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with debtors. You should also have strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.
