Indian Collector in Zagreb


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Indian Collector to join our team in Zagreb. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we provide accommodation for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment arrangements with clients who are unable to pay in full
- Maintaining accurate records of all debt collection activities
- Following up with clients to ensure timely payments
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve any client disputes or issues
- Providing excellent customer service while collecting debts

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid work visa for Croatia
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
