Senior Architectural Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the leader of our architectural department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction processes for our projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and drafters
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Review and approve designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into our designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architectural manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
