Data Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Conduct statistical analysis and create data models to identify trends and patterns
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
- Experience working with SQL databases and querying large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently on projects

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (free visa and ticket for Indian nationals)
