Crane Operator - Alta, Norway



As a Crane Operator in Alta, Norway, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes on our job sites. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals to ensure that all lifts are completed in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile and tower cranes
- Perform pre-operation inspections and complete necessary documentation
- Safely lift and move heavy materials and equipment according to project specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe and efficient crane operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings
- Strong understanding of crane capabilities and limitations
- Ability to read and interpret lift plans, rigging diagrams, and other technical documents
- Physically fit with the ability to work in varying weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per week for this full-time position. This does not include accommodation, so we prefer candidates who are already living in or willing to relocate to Alta.
