Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Temporary)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Indian cuisine restaurant in Al-Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position, perfect for students or those without prior experience in management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality
- Ensure smooth operation of daily activities, such as seating guests, taking orders, and managing reservations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
