Office Assistant

We are in need of an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Faro. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month, including accommodation. A biometric passport is preferred for this role, and the position is suitable for men. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing calendars and appointments, preparing documents and reports, and assisting with general administrative tasks. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.
