Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress in Plovdiv, Egypt


We are excited to offer an entry-level position for a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in the beautiful city of Plovdiv. This is the perfect opportunity for an Egyptian individual with a passion for customer service and a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry. As an English-speaking restaurant, this job is also ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience and improve their language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with seating arrangements
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Relay orders to kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and presentable at all times
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (verbal communication skills)
- No prior experience required, but willingness to learn is essential
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month
