Instrument Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in the city of Acre. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves
- Troubleshoot issues with instruments and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to design and implement new instrument systems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on instruments
- Follow all safety procedures while working with instruments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or in a similar role
- Technical diploma or certification in instrumentation or related field
- Familiarity with different types of instruments used in industrial processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis
