Team Lead (Wiltz, Luxembourg)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals to ensure the successful execution of projects and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to team members, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and support to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets/goals
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset
- Authorization to work in Luxembourg is preferred
