Teamlead (Wiltz, Luxembourg)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. You will provide guidance and support to team members, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, including accommodation. Applicants must have their own visa for working in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure project success
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate project updates and changes to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project execution
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred
