Part-Time Administrator
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate looking for their first job or someone looking for part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Organize and maintain documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
Salary: 1700$ per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Working Hours: Flexible part-time hours, approximately 20 hours per week (specific schedule to be discussed during interview)
