Entry-Level Miner in Split, Croatia



We are searching for an Entry-Level Miner to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Miner, you will be responsible for extracting and processing natural resources such as coal, minerals, and metals. This physically demanding role requires individuals who are physically fit and able to work in challenging conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate drilling equipment to extract natural resources from underground mines
- Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure safe operation and prevent accidents
- Inspect mining areas to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures
- Use explosives to blast rock or coal from mine walls
- Transport extracted materials using heavy machinery or by hand
- Maintain records of production levels, equipment usage, and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Croatia (preference given to English-speaking candidates)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work long hours in challenging conditions (e.g. extreme temperatures)
- Previous experience in mining is not required but considered an asset
- Must have basic knowledge of operating heavy machinery or be willing to learn on the job

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
