Senior Architect - Utena, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure the quality and progress of construction work
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects in the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
