Head Baker (Filipino or Nepali with English speaking skills) in Sofia, Bulgaria


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our bakery specializes in traditional Filipino and Nepali pastries and snacks, and we are looking for a talented baker who can bring their expertise and creativity to our kitchen.

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the baking process, from preparing doughs and batters to decorating and presenting finished products. You must have prior experience working as a baker in a professional kitchen, preferably with knowledge of Filipino and Nepali cuisine.

This position requires excellent time management skills, as you will be responsible for creating daily production schedules to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time. You must also have strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of bakers and assistants.

In addition to your technical baking skills, we are looking for someone with a passion for creativity and innovation. You will have the opportunity to develop new recipes and experiment with different ingredients while staying true to our traditional recipes.

Please note that this is a full-time position without accommodation. As such, we require candidates who already possess a valid biometric passport that allows them to work in Bulgaria.
