We are in search of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ufa. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks around our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Repair or replace broken equipment, appliances, and fixtures
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on buildings and equipment
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies
- Handle minor landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Ensure that all work is completed to high quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use various hand and power tools safely
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a trade such as plumbing or electrical work
- Previous experience working in a similar role in the Canadian job market
- Fluency in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Valid visa for working in Canada (visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate)
