Farmer in Abu Dhabi



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farmer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a farmer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the farm, including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops and livestock. You will also be responsible for overseeing the farm workers and ensuring the efficient operation of various farming equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute crop planting and harvesting schedules
- Monitor crop growth and implement necessary irrigation, fertilization, and pest control measures
- Supervise farm workers and delegate tasks accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, yields, and other relevant data
- Operate farming equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Ensure the proper care and well-being of livestock on the farm
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to farming operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a farmer or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and livestock management
- Ability to operate farming equipment effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise farm workers
- Good physical stamina for working long hours in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Urdu or Nepali is a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Abu Dhabi

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Abu Dhabi. Candidates from Pakistan or Nepal are preferred.
