Information Security Analyst

The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for protecting the company's sensitive information and ensuring the security of its systems and networks. They will work to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats, implement security measures, and monitor for any breaches or unauthorized access. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, and a proactive approach to risk management. This role requires excellent attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Implement security controls and measures based on industry best practices.
- Monitor systems for any unusual activity or potential threats.
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely response and resolution.
- Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, technologies, and trends in information security.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), operating systems, databases, firewalls, etc.
- Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001/27002, etc.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This role offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month. The position is located in Beer-Sheva but is open to candidates of all nationalities. No English language skills are required for this position. Accommodation will not be provided. Women are encouraged to apply.
