Computer Support Specialist


A leading IT company in Ashdod is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide technical support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Experience providing technical support remotely is preferred

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod, Israel. Candidates must be currently living in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense.
