Computer Support Specialist

We are a leading technology company in Ashdod seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our company's computer systems and software. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as providing guidance and training to end users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all company computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new computer equipment and software
- Train end users on new systems and software
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT inventory and support activities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively train end users on new systems
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary: 1400$
Location: Ashdod, Israel (Open to applicants from India)
Language Requirement: Fluent English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
