Plasterboard Worker

We are seeking an experienced Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard on walls and ceilings in various residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces with plaster or other materials
- Apply layers of compound to create a smooth finish
- Sand down dried compound to create an even surface
- Inspect finished work for imperfections and make necessary repairs
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Familiarity with different types of plasterboard and their uses
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in plastering or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and building codes
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus
