We are in need of a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform routine maintenance on network and computer systems
- Install new hardware and software as needed
- Identify security risks and implement solutions to ensure network security
- Provide technical support to employees on network and computer system usage
- Create and maintain documentation of network and system configurations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Server 2012/2016)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Certifications such as CCNA or MCSE
