A reputable rehabilitation center in Medina is seeking a qualified and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. This includes developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy sessions to individuals with various speech disorders such as stuttering, articulation difficulties, or voice disorders
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate individuals and their families on techniques for improving speech and language skills
- Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate records of patient progress
