A reputable healthcare center in Medina is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy and at least 1-2 years of experience working with patients of all ages. The role involves assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be compassionate and patient-centered, and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

The main responsibilities of the Speech Therapist will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Providing therapy sessions to patients using various techniques and strategies
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Medina (or willingness to obtain one)
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
