Seasonal Executive Chef in Clairvaux, France
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal job in beautiful Clairvaux, France. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes that showcase the best of French cuisine. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented according to high standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, free visa and ticket, as well as the opportunity to work in a charming city with rich culinary traditions.
