We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality customer service, managing staff, and ensuring the profitability of the restaurant. You will also be in charge of creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll to ensure efficient staffing levels.
- Train new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for upper management.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (Malayalees or Nepali nationality preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of Russian cuisine is an asset but not required.
- Basic understanding of financial management principles.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience).

Contract:
This is a full-time contract position with accommodation provided.
