Solar Panel Installer
We are a solar energy company based in Siauliai seeking a Solar Panel Installer to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for part-time or full-time work, with or without experience. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This role requires someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at heights. You will also need to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops according to company specifications
- Ensure proper wiring and connections of panels
- Conduct regular maintenance on existing panels
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Siauliai

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation: Accommodation can be provided if needed.
Employment Type: Part-time or full-time, flexible hours.
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania.
