Job Title: Senior Developer - Washington, D.C., USA


We are hiring a Senior Developer to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with our project managers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions according to client requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and continuously improve our development processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
