As a Collector in Nakuru, Kenya, you will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue payments through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits

- Keep accurate records of all collections activities

- Provide regular updates on collection activities and progress to management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position without accommodation. You will be expected to work independently and may have to travel within Nakuru for in-person visits with customers. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the company.
