Sales Manager for International Market - Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales in international markets, specifically targeting the African and Filipino communities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in target markets
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
- Train and mentor new sales team members
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and new products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the international market or targeting specific ethnic communities (Africans or Filipinos)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary: $1200 monthly (plus commission)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
