Construction Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee construction activities on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders regularly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
1600$ per month (tax-free)
