Junior Gardener

Our gardening company in Siauliai is seeking a motivated and hardworking Junior Gardener to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. As an English-speaking company, we welcome candidates of any nationality who are proficient in English. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior gardeners with various tasks such as planting, weeding, and pruning
- Maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces by watering, fertilizing, and pest control
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
- Ensuring the overall appearance of gardens are well-maintained and presentable

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and equipment (training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid visa for working in Siauliai (visa sponsorship available)
