Body Repair Master

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. You will use your expertise in welding, painting, and bodywork to ensure that all repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle body damage and determine the appropriate repair methods
- Perform welding, straightening, sanding, and painting tasks to repair damaged vehicle bodies
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to develop efficient repair processes
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of welding techniques, bodywork, and auto paint mixing
- Familiarity with various types of vehicle bodies such as cars, trucks, and motorcycles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Good communication skills and customer service attitude
