We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Os, United States. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of our hotel, ensuring that revenue targets are met and exceeded. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maximize revenue from existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new business and maximize revenue from existing clients
- Identify potential target markets and create targeted marketing plans to reach them
- Build relationships with key clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop pricing strategies that align with market demand
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure business deals
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents for potential clients
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increasing revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
