Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff in Herzliya. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and prior experience in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have experience working with Indian employees.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of our cleaning staff
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members, providing guidance and support when necessary
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Must have prior experience working with Indian employees
- Must be able to work full time with occasional weekend shifts as needed
