We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Siauliai. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$. We welcome Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have a valid work visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and develop creative solutions
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet technical specifications
- Review project plans and make necessary revisions based on client feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
