Sales Manager - Las Vegas
As a Sales Manager for our company in Las Vegas, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and achieve sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Train new sales employees on company products, services, and selling techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the English-speaking market
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions accordingly
- Previous experience in developing effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
