Registered Nurse (RN)


We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing quality patient care. As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient health needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per week, with opportunities for growth based on performance.

City:
This position is located in Akron, Ohio. Relocation assistance may be provided for out-of-state candidates.

Employment Type:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
