Machine Operator - Bungoma


We are in search of a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Bungoma. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production line. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect parts for quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Keep records of production output and machine maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles
- Good communication skills in English
