Architectural Technologist - Svalbard (Contract)

We are in need of a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Svalbard on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers with the design, planning, and production of architectural drawings and documents. Your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software will be essential in creating accurate and detailed drawings.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with the project team to ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will be crucial in completing projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in architectural drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software is required. Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred.

As this is a contract position, accommodation will be provided for the duration of the project. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
