Executive Chef - Alta, Norway


As an Executive Chef at our renowned restaurant in the picturesque city of Alta, Norway, you will be responsible for creating and executing the menu for our guests. We are seeking a talented and experienced chef who is passionate about using fresh and local ingredients to create culinary masterpieces. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel. You must have excellent knowledge of various cuisines, techniques, and presentation styles. A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards
- Collaborate with management to create special menus for events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

Salary:
