Carpenter Assistant



As a Carpenter Assistant, you will work closely with our team of experienced carpenters to assist in the construction and installation of various structures and fixtures. You will be responsible for preparing materials, measuring and cutting wood, and assembling components according to blueprints and instructions. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and stamina, as well as attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters in all aspects of construction projects
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Assemble and install structures and fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and furniture
- Operate tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques is an asset
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in different environments (indoor or outdoor) and adapt to changing tasks

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
