We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts accurately
- Handle cash transactions with customers using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate supervisor if needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya.

Preference:
