Job Title: Plasterer Technician


As a Plasterer Technician, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in order to create a smooth and even finish. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying plaster, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards. You will also be responsible for repairing any damages or imperfections in existing plasterwork. This role requires excellent attention to detail and physical stamina as it involves standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in plastering and should be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Location: Bergen, Norway
Salary: $1400 per month
Contract Type: Full-time, with free visa and ticket provided

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them before applying plaster
- Mix plaster according to specifications and apply it evenly to surfaces
- Smooth out any bumps or imperfections using hand tools or power tools
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster using appropriate techniques
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within designated timeframes
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in plastering
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings is an asset
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
