Office Assistant - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for the team
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed
- Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Help with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
Preferences:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
