We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain files and records
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

This role is based in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.
