Chef de Cuisine


We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at our restaurant in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, creating and executing new menus, training and managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Our ideal candidate is a creative, passionate, and organized individual who has a strong background in culinary arts and experience in leading a team. Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are both innovative and appealing to our guests
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking techniques, portion control, plating presentations, and hygiene standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff on proper cooking methods, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders when necessary
- Ensure that all food is consistently prepared according to recipe specifications
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control measures, and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment usage, and safety procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are an asset)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Russia

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month based on experience and qualifications.
