Administrative Assistant in Manama, Bahrain
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Assist with completing forms, applications, and other paperwork as needed.
- Support our team with any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
