Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Manama. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Make travel arrangements for staff members as needed
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
