We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Repair or replace damaged equipment or fixtures
- Perform general carpentry work such as building shelves, installing cabinets, and repairing furniture
- Inspect facilities for potential issues and report any problems to management
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general handyman repair techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and management
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
